Function Facilities

We have five rooms available for hire for either large or small seminars or private functions. Our smallest room holds 25 people and the largest can hold up to 500 people.

We can put a package together for everyone.....

 

Seminar Package

Room set to your liking. Catering available, on arrival, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, or evening meal. Technical equipment also available. Whether it be for 5 to 500, we are able to cater to everyone's needs.

 

Wedding Package

Choice of two rooms. Including:

  • Function Supervisor

  • Setting of the room to your liking

  • All linen, including bridal flounce for the bridal table and cake table

  • Use of all cutlery and crockery

  • Use of two wooden pillars for floral displays, and use of two tall candelabras

  • Efficient professional waitresses and bar staff

  • Table service

  • Bridal Room for a chance to freshen up and relax before the reception

  • Courtesy Bus

 

 

~Dunlop Room~

Holds up to 500 people, theatre, cocktail/banquet styles with technical/business facilities. The Auditorium is very large and spacious with a stage and dance floor. This room is perfect for weddings or that very large seminar or meeting.

 

~Mountbatten Room~

Holds up to 100 people, theatre, classroom, cocktail/banquet styles with technical/business facilities. The Mountbatten room can be split into two smaller rooms. It is suited to smaller weddings or seminars and gives a more personal feel.

 

~Gallery Room~

Perfect for parties, wedding anniversary's or medium to small functions.

 

~Crèche~

This room is great for small meetings or gatherings. It will seat 30 - 40 people and is very quiet and personal.
